my family

I am from China. I have a happy family. My husband and I have been married for 16 years. We have a son who is 15 years old. My family moved to the USA in August last year. First, we moved to Los Angeles, California and then we moved to New York City. We like New York City because NYC has better education and transportation than LA.

Now, my husband has a job. He works in a store selling kitchen equipment. I don’t have a job but I want to learn more English to improve myself. I was a pharmacist in China for about 24 years so I hope I can become a pharmacist in NYC. This is my dream. Maybe it will come true.

Our son is very smart. He got all A’s on his class tests. We hope he will have a good future.

We like the city and like the people in the city. We hope our family has a good future in the United States.
